Researchers probe link between autism, sensory issues, and Toe-Walking
NCT ID NCT07159113
Summary
This study aims to understand if there is a connection between how children with autism process sensory information and tightness in their ankle muscles. Researchers will observe 27 children aged 4-10 with autism, measuring their ankle flexibility and having parents complete questionnaires about their child's sensory behaviors. The goal is to gather knowledge, not to test a treatment.
