Bridging the gap: new program aims to support Spanish-Speaking families of autistic kids
NCT ID NCT07185737
Summary
This study is testing an online training program specifically adapted for Spanish-speaking parents of autistic children aged 2-9. The program teaches practical strategies to help manage children's challenging behaviors. Researchers will see if the program reduces difficult behaviors, lowers parent stress, and increases parents' confidence. Half of the 100 participating parents will start the program right away, while the other half will wait and receive it later.
