Summary
This study aims to understand the biological causes of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) by creating brain-like models called organoids from blood cells. Researchers will compare organoids from children with ASD to those from their unaffected siblings. The goal is to identify cellular differences that could lead to future treatments.
