New study links menstrual cycles to emotional struggles in autistic women

Summary
This study looks at how emotions change throughout the menstrual cycle in autistic women. Researchers will compare them to women with borderline personality disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and those without any diagnosed condition. The goal is to better understand emotional ups and downs and find better ways to help. About 90 women aged 18-45 with regular cycles will participate using smartphone surveys.
