New tools aim to personalize autism care for children

Summary
This study aims to test new assessment tools to help doctors and families better understand the needs and strengths of children with autism. It will involve 400 children under 12 in Italy, using questionnaires to measure quality of life and daily functioning. The goal is to see if these tools are useful for creating more personalized care plans in everyday clinical practice.
