Ear acupuncture tested for Post-Surgery pain relief

Summary
This study tests whether auriculotherapy (ear acupuncture) can reduce pain after carpal tunnel surgery. Fifty adults will receive either real or sham ear acupuncture, and their pain levels and painkiller use will be tracked for three days after surgery. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can improve recovery.
