This study looked at whether stimulating a nerve in the ear (vagus nerve) and doing controlled breathing exercises can improve physical performance and heart health in healthy, moderately active men. 64 participants completed treadmill tests and heart rate monitoring. The goal was to see if these techniques offer any performance edge.
