New drug AUR103 calcium targets Hard-to-Treat neuroendocrine tumors

Summary

This phase 2 study tests a new drug, AUR103 calcium, in 30 adults with advanced neuroendocrine tumors that have worsened after at least one prior treatment. Participants take the drug twice daily until their disease gets worse or side effects become too severe. The main goal is to see if the drug shrinks tumors.
