Scientists test 3D-Printed 'Living' ear implants
NCT ID NCT06225336
Summary
This early-stage study tested a new ear implant called AUR-201 for people born with underdeveloped ears (microtia). The implant was custom 3D-printed using the patient's own cartilage cells. The main goals were to check if the procedure was safe and to see how well the new ear looked after 24 weeks.
