Summary
This study looks at whether giving athletes instant feedback on their shoulder strength during exercises helps them get stronger right away and remember that strength later. Twenty healthy, active adults will do shoulder exercises with and without feedback to compare results. The goal is to see if this simple training trick can improve performance.
