Sound waves for sleepless nights: can audio therapy help exhausted healthcare workers?
NCT ID NCT07252128
Summary
This study is testing whether special audio stimulation can help healthcare workers with insomnia sleep better. Fifteen nurses, doctors, and other medical staff will listen to Brain Dynamic Audio Stimulation for 30 minutes daily for two weeks. Researchers will measure both how participants feel about their sleep and use brainwave recordings to see if the audio therapy actually improves sleep patterns.
