Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental oral drug called ATX-295 in about 90 adults with advanced solid tumors, including ovarian and breast cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects, while also looking for signs that the drug can shrink or control tumors. Participants will take the drug by mouth and be closely monitored.
