Summary

This study is a disease registry that collects information from routine medical care of about 350 adults diagnosed with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. Researchers will look at patient characteristics, treatments received, and how the disease progresses over time. No new treatments or tests are given—participants continue their usual care. The goal is to better understand real-world management of ATTR-CM.
