Eye drops could help kids see clearly longer

Summary
This study tests two low-dose atropine eye drops (0.025% and 0.05%) to see if they can slow down myopia (nearsightedness) getting worse in children and teens aged 3 to 17. About 234 participants will use the drops daily for 24 months. The goal is to find a safe way to manage myopia progression during childhood.
