Summary

This study tested three strengths of atropine eye drops (0.01%, 0.04%, and 0.1%) in 219 children with high myopia to see which best slowed vision worsening. Children used the drops nightly for 2 years. The goal was to find the safest and most effective dose to control myopia progression.
