Eye drop strength game: can custom doses stop Kids' nearsightedness?

Summary
This study aims to find the best strength of atropine eye drops to prevent children from developing nearsightedness. It will enroll about 230 children aged 6-9 who are at risk. Doctors will start all children on a low-dose drop and then increase the strength for some based on how their eyes respond over the first six months.
