Eye drop trial aims to halt worsening vision in kids

Summary
This study is testing whether low-dose atropine eye drops can slow down the progression of nearsightedness (myopia) in children and teenagers. It will involve about 234 participants aged 3 to 18 across several European countries. The trial will compare two strengths of atropine drops against a placebo over two years to see which is better at keeping vision from getting worse.
