Summary
This study is collecting real-world data on how well the Affera cardiac ablation system works for treating atrial fibrillation (irregular heartbeat). Researchers will follow 540 patients worldwide who receive this already-approved treatment to track how many stay free from irregular heart rhythms and monitor for any safety issues. The goal is to understand how the treatment performs in everyday clinical practice across different types of patients.
