Summary
This study will follow 5,000 adults with persistent atrial fibrillation in Southwest China for five years to understand how different treatments work in real-world settings. Researchers will track which medications and procedures best prevent strokes, heart failure, and other complications. The goal is to gather evidence to help doctors make better treatment decisions for this challenging heart rhythm condition.
