New heart Procedure's hidden risk: could it paralyze your breathing?

Summary
This study aims to find out how often a new, non-heat-based procedure for treating atrial fibrillation causes temporary paralysis of the main breathing muscle (the diaphragm). Researchers will enroll 250 patients and use special moving X-rays before and after the procedure to carefully measure diaphragm movement. The goal is to get accurate data on this potential side effect to improve the safety of the treatment.
