New ointment tested for itchy skin condition

Summary
This is an early-stage study to check the safety and how the body processes a new ointment called CU-10101. It will involve 64 healthy adults and adults with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (eczema). Researchers will apply the ointment to the skin to see how well it is tolerated and if it shows any early signs of helping with eczema symptoms.
