Summary

This study tested an experimental drug called SAR444656 for adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) that wasn't well-controlled with creams. Participants were randomly assigned to receive one of three doses of the drug or a placebo (inactive substance) for 16 weeks. The main goal was to see how much the drug reduced the severity and area of the skin rash compared to the placebo.
