Summary
This study tested a new topical cream called PRN473 for adults with mild to moderate eczema. In 39 participants, researchers applied the cream to one skin patch and a placebo cream to another to compare safety and early signs of effectiveness. The main goal was to see if the treatment was safe and how the body processed it over a 6-week period.
