Summary
This small, early-stage study aims to understand how nerves and immune cells interact in the skin of people with mild-to-moderate eczema (atopic dermatitis). Researchers will inject a small amount of Botox into eczema patches to see if blocking nerve signals reduces inflammation and improves the skin. The main goal is to gather detailed biological information to guide future treatment development, not to prove Botox is an effective therapy yet.
