New syrup aims to quiet wheezing in kids with bronchitis

Summary
This study tests whether Atock Dry Syrup can safely reduce wheezing and other symptoms in children aged 6 months to 12 years who have acute bronchitis. About 296 participants will receive either the study syrup or an active comparator. The main goal is to see how many children have improved wheezing scores after 3 days of treatment.
