Scientists measure how teen athletes bend and balance
NCT ID NCT07395947
Summary
This study aimed to understand how flexibility and balance differ between young elite athletes in different sports. Researchers measured 150 teen male athletes from wrestling, sprinting, canoe/kayak, and taekwondo using simple, non-invasive tests. The goal was to gather reference data to help with performance evaluation and injury risk awareness, not to test a treatment.
