Summary
This study aims to better understand the side effects that can occur when patients with aplastic anemia receive ATG or ALG therapy. Researchers will closely monitor 200 patients receiving this treatment for the first time to track common reactions like serum sickness and issues with liver or kidney function. The goal is to gather detailed information to help doctors manage these side effects more effectively in the future.
