This study tests a combination of two drugs, atezolizumab and derazantinib, in 27 adults with advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (a type of bile duct cancer) that has a specific FGFR2 gene change. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors. Participants receive both drugs and are monitored for side effects and response every 8 weeks.
