Summary
This study tests adding the immunotherapy drug atezolizumab to standard chemotherapy for people with advanced large-cell neuroendocrine lung cancer, a rare and aggressive type. About 67 participants will receive the combination to see if it helps them live longer and controls the disease better. The goal is to improve outcomes for patients who have few treatment options.
