New combo aims to boost transplant success in Hodgkin's relapse

Summary
This study tests adding the immunotherapy drug atezolizumab to standard chemotherapy (BEGEV) for people with Hodgkin's lymphoma that has returned or not responded to first treatment. About 122 adults aged 18-60 who are eligible for a stem cell transplant will take part. The goal is to see if the combination improves complete remission rates before transplant and to find the safest dose.
