Can a year of immunotherapy after radiation stop kidney cancer in its tracks?

Summary
This study is for people with kidney cancer that has spread to a few other spots (oligometastatic). After radiation to those spots, researchers want to see if adding a year of the drug pembrolizumab can keep the cancer under control longer. About 144 participants will be enrolled to compare outcomes and check for side effects.
