First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at two types of inhalers—pressurized meter dose inhalers (PMDIs) and dry powder inhalers (DPIs)—to see which one works better for people whose asthma is not well controlled. About 210 participants aged 14 to 60 will use one of the devices for 8 weeks. The goal is to find out if the choice of inhaler can improve asthma symptoms and control.
