Summary

This early-stage study aims to test the safety and effects of an experimental drug called ADO-5030 in adults with asthma. Researchers will give the drug to 36 participants and then measure how it affects their breathing during a controlled challenge that tightens airways. The main goal is to see if the drug helps prevent airway tightening and to monitor for any side effects.
