Can a simple listening device unlock reading skills for kids with dyslexia?

NCT ID NCT07247253

Summary

This study tested whether special assistive listening devices could help Chinese children with dyslexia improve their reading and language skills in school. Over 10 months, 71 children used either real devices or look-alike placebo devices in their classrooms. Researchers measured changes in reading ability, sound processing in the brain, and other language skills to see if the listening tools made a difference.
