First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether a single-session depression intervention can help teens with type 1 diabetes improve their mood and blood sugar control. About 80 youth aged 11-18 with mild depression will either receive the intervention or standard education. Researchers will track mood and HbA1c levels for 6 months to see if the approach is helpful and practical.
