Summary
This study aims to find out if aspirin is as safe and effective as warfarin for preventing blood clots in the first six months after a tissue heart valve replacement. It will involve over 1,000 adults who have had successful aortic or mitral valve surgery. Researchers will compare how many patients in each group experience serious events like stroke, heart attack, or major bleeding.
