First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at whether people with a chronic subdural hematoma (a slow brain bleed) who take aspirin regularly should continue or stop it while receiving non-surgical treatment. Researchers will track if the bleed gets worse or comes back within 6 months. The goal is to provide clearer guidance on managing aspirin use to improve individual care.
