Higher aspirin dose tested to boost IVF pregnancy rates

NCT ID NCT06128395

Summary

This study looked back at the medical records of 1,207 women under 40 to see if taking a higher dose of aspirin (162 mg) before a frozen embryo transfer leads to better pregnancy outcomes than the standard lower dose (81 mg). Researchers compared the two groups to see which dose resulted in more successful pregnancies confirmed by a fetal heartbeat. The goal was to find out if the higher dose could help more women achieve a clinical pregnancy.
