NCT ID NCT07002320

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding an experimental drug called SX-682 to the standard drug apalutamide can help men with a tough-to-treat type of advanced prostate cancer (metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer). The goal is to find a safe dose that also reduces certain immune cells that help the cancer grow. About 78 men will take part, and researchers will check if the combination shrinks tumors or lowers PSA levels.
