This study is for men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. It tests whether adding a new drug called SX-682 to the existing drug apalutamide is safe and can shrink tumors or slow the cancer. About 78 men will take part in this early-phase trial to find the right dose and see if the combination works.
