Summary

This study tests a new drug called ASP546C in people with advanced stomach, gastroesophageal junction, pancreatic, or other solid tumors that have a specific marker (CLDN18.2). The trial has two parts: Part 1 finds the best dose in stomach/GEJ cancer patients, and Part 2 tests that dose in pancreatic and other tumor types. About 150 participants will receive the drug as an IV infusion every 3 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors.
