Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug, ASP2138, that helps the immune system find and attack cancer cells that have a specific marker called CLDN18.2. The study includes adults with advanced stomach, gastroesophageal junction, or pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. ASP2138 is given alone or with standard treatments to find the safest dose and check for side effects.
