Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new oral drug called ASP1570 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the drug is tolerated, both by itself and when combined with other standard cancer treatments or immunotherapy. Researchers hope the drug can help 'switch on' the body's immune cells to better attack tumors that have become resistant to current therapies.
