New cancer drug targets specific protein in advanced tumors
NCT ID NCT05719558
Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental drug called ASP1002 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects. The study will enroll adults whose cancers have high levels of a protein called claudin-4 and who have already tried standard treatments. Participants will receive the drug through an IV for up to two years while doctors monitor their health and tumor response.
