Summary
This study tested a single dose of a new drug called ASKP1240 in 50 people who just received a kidney transplant. The goal was to check how the drug moves through the body, its safety, and how well it is tolerated. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, and no one knew which they got.
