Summary
This study is testing a new drug called ASKB589, given alongside standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy, for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the body handles the drug combination. Researchers will also check if the treatment helps shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth.
