Summary
This study is testing whether a daily, low-dose ashwagandha supplement can help adults with mild sleep problems get better rest. 54 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for 28 days while wearing a sleep-tracking ring. Researchers will measure changes in nighttime awakenings and sleep quality using the ring and questionnaires.
