Summary
This study is testing whether a daily, low-dose ashwagandha supplement can help people with mild sleep problems get better rest. 54 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo pill for 28 days while wearing a sleep-tracking ring. Researchers will compare changes in sleep quality and waking up at night between the two groups.
