Summary

This study is testing a drug called asciminib in children and teenagers (ages 1 to under 18) with a specific type of chronic blood cancer called Philadelphia-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). The goal is to see if the drug is safe and effective for kids, including those newly diagnosed and those whose previous treatments have stopped working or caused severe side effects. The study will also monitor the children's growth and development over time.
