Summary
This study is testing how well the drug asciminib works for people with a type of leukemia called chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). It includes both newly diagnosed patients and those who have already tried one other treatment. The goal is to see if asciminib can control the disease by reducing cancer cells to very low levels.
