NCT ID NCT07597343

First seen May 24, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026

Summary

This study tests a simple approach to help people with hip pain (GTPS) stick to their exercises. Researchers will compare three groups: one gets usual care, another gets timing guidance, and the third gets timing guidance plus reminders. About 60 adults will take part, filling out short daily surveys and online questionnaires over three months. The goal is to see if this timing method is easy to use and helps people exercise more consistently, which may reduce pain and improve daily life.
